I want to know and understand as much as possible about your particular situation in conjunction with the nuances of your business, industry or workforce. I will ask you lots of questions.

I believe client communication and input is critical. I request and expect a realistic, thoughtful, and candid analysis of your challenges. You must avoid the inclination to filter or color the facts.

I recognize that you or your company’s unique character is the HEART of your success. Programs and services are designed to maintain your unique character as the HEART of any basic training, coaching application, or keynote presentation.

We will partner to define success. Success is defined using measurable criteria which we determine together as collaborative partners.

I will be fully involved and completely engaged with you. I will ask for the same in return. It is important to identify, understand, and agree on the level of management and/or participant involvement needed to ensure goals are met.

My knowledge and expertise comes from 20 years of hands-on, real world experience in corporate sales and management where award winning revenues were achieved time and again, despite ever-changing environments, challenges, demands and expectations. I have received numerous awards: Manager of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year, Chapter Member of the Year, Teacher of the Year. My philosophy? Shorten your path to success by learning from others who have done it…exceptionally well.
