Traditional classroom programs may be conducted onsite at your facility; or at an offsite location that you arrange. Half-day, full day or multi-day options may be selected depending on your learning objectives.

Topic facilitation, group discussion, video examples, individual reading assignments and skill practice exercises are key elements in my classroom instruction. Pre- and post-tests are included to measure learning and retention of key information. Customized, interactive skill practice around your customers, products and services is an integral part of these classroom programs. Post-training skill building activities are available.

Learning is facilitated through an atmosphere of positive interactions. Skills are developed through the technique of behavior modeling where the learner sees the skill demonstrated using specific behaviors; then strives to exhibit the skill, repeating the recommended behaviors(s); and finally, receives feedback on their efforts. Participants move from the simple to the complex, as they gain mastery of each skill.
