This program is especially designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, salespeople, and corporate sales teams, consultants, directors and executives who are fully committed to embracing customer-focused sales skills in order to substantially grow their revenues. It compels you to “embed” strong selling skills, mentally and physically, for greater sales success. It is an intense, highly concentrated nine (9) session coaching/training program designed to reinforce your use of professional selling skills. Using the tele-seminar format, you participate via a telephone from the comfort and convenience of your home, office or car over a three month period.

You will learn to completely develop your ability to ask customers key questions in such a way that it reinforces related to their need for your product or service, in your industry. Homework assignments reinforce your skill to do this effectively.
You will know how to identify a good prospect for your business. You will link the benefits they’re looking for to the solutions you offer to satisfy everyone’s needs. You will develop better prospecting efficiency with this ability, using your own specific prospect information for this exercise.
You will gain greater commitment from your customers; and completely avoid, or at least overcome, stalls and objections. You will be given numerous opportunities to practice how to expertly accomplish this using your own real life examples and scenarios.
Group coaching conferences are a powerful and effective support mechanism for participants. Your team of peers generates energy, loyalty, desire to do well, raises the bar on your performance, heightened outcomes. It is fun. Hearing the successes of others helps you stay motivated, focused and inspired. With the help of others you stay motivated and challenged in the pursuit of better selling and greater business success.

The program is structured with nine 50-60 minute telephone coaching/ training sessions. The sessions correspond to assignments you will complete in the Skills Drills workbook or, if you prefer, using our online component. The workbook, or online access, will be provided to you upon registering for the program. During the calls, you and a small group of like-minded professionals will discuss similar sales challenges, and review homework assignments. You will strengthen and build new skills with each call. I only conduct two Sales Mastery programs each year. You will get the most out of this program if you can attend every session.
